How to create advance reports by using feedback by filter



The Feedback By Filter page allows you to create custom reports to view satisfaction and loyalty results in advanced ways that help you identify areas to improve.  The reports allow you to view response results grouped and summarized by one of the data fields sent with your survey contact lists.  For example, your survey contact list likely includes first name, last name, email address, and company name, but might also include other operational data associated with this customer such as the sales rep, CSR, Technician, Region, Sales Type, etc.  Feedback By Filter allows you to view survey results organized by these fields.  

For example, if your data includes sales rep, you can run a report that shows the Net Promoter Score of your company, grouped by the sales reps who manage the customers.   

Steps:
  1. Click the Feedback Icon (rotating arrows) on the Dashboard Sidebar
  2. Select the  "By Filter"  tab along the top of the page
  3. From here you can create custom feedback reports based on filters of your choice. These reports will display feedback for all questions in your survey, grouped by selected data field.

    INFO: The Report Type has two options:
    NPS - Choosing NPS will use the Net Promoter Score calculation in your summary results.
    Satisfaction - Choosing Satisfaction will use a CSAT calculation, showing the percent of customers who expressed positive satisfaction.


  4. Example: If you wanted to view the performance of your different Sales Reps, you could create a report as depicted below. This would allow you to identify "Jody Williams" as the Rep that is in need of the most assistance or additional training based on the feedback from her customers (compared to your other Sales Reps)
