The Account Roll-Up feature automatically groups your contacts into logical business accounts, providing you with deeper, more strategic reporting and the ability to detect dormant customers at the organizational level.
While our default setting uses the Email Domain—a universal identifier—we know your business intelligence might rely on a different key field. The Premier Plan gives you the flexibility to easily customize your Account Group Rules using any relevant data field from your Launch Data (e.g., Customer ID, Company Name, or Location).
By updating your Account Group Rules, you ensure that LoyaltyLoop's powerful reporting precisely mirrors your organizational structure, unlocking smarter analysis and faster, targeted action. Follow these steps to edit your Account Group Rules:
(1) Choose the 'Customers' icon from the right main menu.
(2) Then select 'Accounts'
(3) Click the 'gear' icon
(4) Update the Rule Type to Lauch Data Tag
(5) Use the drop menu to select the Launch Data Tag that is best for your business
(6) Click Update Account Groups
LoyaltyLoop will now update your Accounts. This process may take several minutes to complete.
