LoyaltyLoop Sharing User Accounts

Why we recommend against sharing user accounts & credentials

Just like you would not share your credentials (username/password) with others for your email account and other systems, you should not share your LoyaltyLoop credentials either.

LoyaltyLoop allows you to create user accounts for all your staff, at no additional cost.  Users can be assigned roles (admin, standard, read-only) appropriate for their position, and multi-location accounts can assign users to specific locations within the account.
