How to launch follow-up email campaigns
You can generate Follow-Up Campaigns in response to your customer survey feedback. Email campaigns can be generated to simply say "Thank You", follow-up with customers who have expressed interest in buying more from you, ask a group of customers to consider posting a review on your social media sites, or any other follow-up activity.
Steps:
- Sign in to LoyaltyLoop.com and click on the Opportunities from the left main menu.
- Search your inbox based on the keyword or group you would like to engage in a follow-up campaign

- Give your campaign a name and pick the date and time you would like to send the emails
- Select the email template you would like to use and choose your sender (email address the campaign will be sent from)

- Now you can review the email and make edits to the content and formatting of your email campaign
- Select "Preview Campaign" and scroll through to review, click "Done" if complete, and then click "Send Campaign"

Back in your Opportunities page, the "Engaged" tab will show you the customers you've just engaged via the campaign. When finished working with a customer opportunity you can select that customer and then click "Close Out" or "Delete" and the customer will then be moved into those tabs on the opportunities page.
