Get notified by Google when Google reviews are posted

In addition to having LoyaltyLoop's New Review Notification email, you can also set your Google Business Profile to notify you immediately when a customer posts a review to your Business Profile. Google reviews are public, and it is a good practice to reply with a thank you message to your customers who take the time to post a review on Google. Here are some tips from Google regarding responding to online reviews. But before you can reply to these loyal customers, you need to know when they post a review. Sign in to the Google Gmail account you use to manage your Google Business Profile, and follow these simple steps:

1. To get to your Google Business Profile, either click the 9-dots in the upper right corner of your Gmail account  used to manage your Profile and click the My Business icon, or search Google for your company to view all your Profile settings as shown below

2. From your Profile area, click the 3 vertical dots, then Notifications

3. Next to Customer Reviews, ensure the flip switch is set to ON
