How to use email templates for campaigns

To save you time and keep your communication consistent, you can utilize the email templates feature inside LoyaltyLoop for your email campaigns. You can build your own or utilize (and edit) our prewritten templates.

Steps:

1. Sign into LoyaltyLoop.com and select "Settings" under your username tab in the top right-hand corner of the site
   
2. On the Settings page, under Marketing, you have "Email Templates" and "Manage My Templates"
   
   
   
3. Email Templates has dozens of prewritten templates that you can choose from. Click the blue eye button to preview the template in the right pane. If this template is a good starting place for you, select "Add To My Templates" (you can add as many as you need)
   
   
   
4. Go back to Settings and select "Manage My Templates". From here you can activate a template (making it available to you throughout LoyaltyLoop), delete a template, or customize/edit a template
   
   
   
5. To Edit a template - Select it, and click "Edit" from the right pane, and modify it as needed, then click "Save To My Templates"
