LoyaltyLoop Edit Company Name in Testimonials

How to edit my customer's company name in their testimonial

If you notice your customer's company name is wrong when publishing a testimonial, you should correct this before publishing it.  To do this correctly, there are 2 steps:

Step 1
Find the customer in your source system, and correct it there first.  Remember, LoyaltyLoop simply accepts customer data from your source system, so if you only correct it in LoyaltyLoop, your source is still incorrect.  If you don't update the source, the next time we receive data from you, this customer's company name will be updated to the incorrect name coming from your source.

Step 2

Once you've updated their company name in your source system, here are the steps to update it from inside LoyaltyLoop so testimonials will appear correct (along with all other references to this customer):

  1. Navigate to the "Customers" page in LoyaltyLoop.
  2. Select the customer whose company name you wish to edit in the table.
  3. Click on the blue "Edit Customer Details" button on the right sidebar.
  4. Update the "Company" field.
  5. Click "Save".
