How to Download Testimonial Images and Videos

When customers upload images and videos showcasing their experiences with your products and services, it adds a layer of credibility that traditional advertising often lacks.  With LoyaltyLoop, you can easily share these testimonials to your testimonial widgets and on social media. 

But what if you want to leverage these images in other ways?  Approved images and video's can also be downloaded and utilized in other ways by you and your team.  First, from the Testimonial page, select the testimonials you wish to download.  Then click the download icon.

Testimonials with images or video will have an icon in the 'Media' column of the table.

The downloaded file will include a link to the hosted image.  Open the file and then open the link.  To save, simply right click the image.
