LoyaltyLoop Publishing Testimonials

How do I publish testimonials to my website?

Before you can publish testimonials to your website, you first need to add your Publisher Widget to your website, or use our API.  If you need help with that step, please contact our support team.

Once your website contains the Publisher Widget (or uses our API), publishing Testimonials to your website is simple and fast:
  1. Navigate to Testimonials from the left main menu
  2. Set the filter to view only your Unpublished Testimonials
  3. Select the Testimonials you wish to publish
  4. Click the Publish button - if you're using the Publisher Widget, your Testimonials will be live on your site immediately.  If you're using the API, they're typically made live by the next morning, but check with your internal team to be certain.

Quick Publish Testimonial Button

Did you know you can publish testimonials with 1-click?  When viewing testimonials, the quick publish buttons allow you to publish a testimonial in 1-click. This is particularly helpful when reviewing your testimonials from your phone.

1. From the Testimonial view, click the plus (+) button to expand the table to see that customer’s testimonial, or better yet, click anywhere on the row to pop-up that customer’s survey response and testimonial (see image).

2. On both of those screens, you’ll now find the quick publish button. loyaltyloop quick publish testimonial button To publish that customer’s testimonial, click the quick publish button. In one click, that testimonial is live on your website. Want to unpublish it and take it off your website, just click the unpublish button, same icon but with down arrow, and it’s off the site.

3. In addition to quick publish, there is also a quick share testimonial button loyaltyloop quick share testimonial button, which allows you to push a testimonial to your social channels to amplify the positive customer experience to your followers.

PRO Tip

If you read your unpublished testimonials, and find some that you don't think you'll ever want to publish, select them and click the "Hide" button.  This removes these testimonials from the view, so next time you view your unpublished testimonials, you won't need to re-read the ones you know you don't want to publish.  Want to see the hidden ones?  Click the gear icon on the left above the table, and select "Show Hidden".
