How to edit a testimonial
From time to time you may need to edit a testimonial to correct spelling mistakes from your customers. When editing testimonials, do not change the sentiment of the customer's statement. Imagine how you'd feel if you wrote a testimonial about a company, and that company edited your comments and changed the spirit of your words. You probably won't be doing business with that company again. Make edits and corrections to only things like spelling mistakes, incorrect spelling of your company name, or removing the names of your employees (e.g. replace "Joe" with "your team" or "your staff".)
Steps:
- Sign into LoyaltyLoop and click on the Testimonials page ("speech bubble" icon) on the left sidebar of the Dashboard
- Click the "Pencil/Paper" icon on the right of the customer testimonial you want to edit

- This will open the testimonial editor where you can always view the original comment (first box) but still edit as needed (second box)
