The C-Systems Infinity LoyaltyLoop (formerly Survey Advantage) feature allows OPE dealers using Infinity to schedule and automatically send customer contact information electronically to LoyaltyLoop, enabling the dealer to send their customer an automatic request for feedback and review. The survey provides important feedback to the dealer about their customer’s sales and service experience, and help the dealer drive their online review ratings.
1. To set-up the feature, from the ‘Infinity > Main Menu’ menu choose the ‘System Configuration’ menu.
2. From the ‘System Configuration’ menu, choose the ‘3rd Party Interfaces’ menu tab, then scroll to the bottom and click on LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage). If LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage) does not appear as a menu choice, then contact C-Systems Software and request that this feature be enabled.
3. Click on the LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage) button and a new form will display with the LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage) set-up options.
The ‘Survey ID’ and ‘APP Key’ input boxes require unique values which are provided by LoyaltyLoop to the dealer. The dealer’s Infinity user should have their ‘Survey ID’ and ‘APP Key’ before continuing. Below is an example of the default screen displayed.
4. The Infinity user will enter their assigned ‘Survey ID’ and ‘APP Key’ into the corresponding boxes as shown in the example below for first-time set-up.
Note: Dealer ‘Survey ID’ and ‘APP Key’ may be longer than the example below.
5. There are 2 menu tabs under ‘APP Key’ labeled ‘Query’ and ‘Submit Data’. For first time set-up the Infinity user should go to the ‘Submit Data’ menu tab. This option will configure the ‘Query’ parameters, which specify the range of survey information to provide to LoyaltyLoop. The default settings are ‘Location’ for ‘ALL’ dealer properties, ‘Previous’ for last ‘30’ days and ‘Type’ for ‘Sales and Service’ dealer customers. The ‘Location’ may be for ‘ALL’ or a specific dealer property location. The ‘Previous’ day(s) could be in the range 1 to 365 days. The ‘Type’ could be ‘Sales’ only or ‘Service’ only or the default ‘Sales and Service’.
*Note: The dealer will need to coordinate with LoyaltyLoop to determine the ‘Previous’ days value for the first transmission of data. After first transmission this value should be adjusted back to 30 days.

6. After the ‘Submit Data’ choices have been made the Infinity user may click the ‘Submit Now’ button on the bottom right hand corner to run a query. The results will display in 3 categories: ‘Data’, ‘Schedule’, and ‘Submit Log’. This feature allows the Infinity user to view results immediately to fine-tune the configuration. The example below displays the ‘Data’ fields reported from Infinity customers to LoyaltyLoop, based on the ‘Submit Data’ set-up choices. The columns in the ‘Data’ screen may be dragged and dropped to re-arrange their order. A message box at the very bottom of the form reports the results of the query sent to LoyaltyLoop. Notice two customers reportedly did not provide their email address in the original sales information. *Note: This data display is for verification only.
7. The ‘Schedule’ menu tab next to the ‘Data’ menu tab allows the Infinity user to set-up the automated transmission schedule by day up to one year.
1 On your LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage) tab, be sure to set your data to be sent daily.
2 Set the export to send the last 7 days worth of data per day.
3 In the pull-down menu, choose “Every day starting”.
4 Enter the current date.
5 Click “Set Calendar”
6 Click on “Save Schedule”
8. Sending 7 days of data to LoyaltyLoop daily ensures they get the data needed to reach all of your customers for that period of time. Redundant emails are removed and are always filtered against customers who have received invites in the past. The default filter is set to 90 days.
9. The ‘Submit Log’ menu tab reports the transmission results from Infinity to LoyaltyLoop. In the example below the ‘Response’ field reports “status”: “success”. If the status is not ‘success’ there could be an issue with internet connectivity from the dealer’s Infinity system to LoyaltyLoop. The ‘Refresh Logs’ button ensure the latest information has been transmitted to LoyaltyLoop.
10. From the LoyaltyLoop (or Survey Advantage) screen choose the ‘Query Type’ menu tab to display survey results. There are 3 ‘Query Type’ choices available: ‘Basic’, ‘Feeds’, and ‘Testimonials’. To view a summary report, choose ‘Query Type’ of ‘Basic’, then click the ‘Query Now’ button. In this example ‘Query Type’ of ‘Basic’ is displayed with survey summary of information received.
11. To view a technical detail report, choose ‘Query Type’ of ‘Feeds’, then click the ‘Query Now’ button. In this example ‘Query Type’ of ‘Feeds’ displays the electronic transfer character format.
12. To view a survey comments report, choose ‘Query Type’ of ‘Testimonials’, then click the ‘Query Now’ button. In this example ‘Query Type’ of ‘Testimonials’ displays survey comments entered by customers. *Note: The testimonial information could be copied and paste to another document or website for sales and marketing purposes.
