Cyrious SMS - Export Guide

1. On the Cyrious SMS toolbar at the top of the program, click “Reports”, then “LoyaltyLoop”.  If you cannot find this report, please review our one-time installation guide to configure Cyrious SMS.

2. On the window that pops-up, adjust your date-range as desired; typically, “Last Month”.

3. Generate and Send us your export one of two ways:

Method One: Email inside of Cyrious SMS:

Note: If you get an error regarding SMTP settings, you will need to send this email outside Cyrious SMS (Method 2 below).

Click “Email” on the bottom of the window. This will cause Cyrious SMS to open your email client (i.e. Outlook) and fill out the entire email for you.

Click “Send” on your email client. (i.e. “Send Email” button in Outlook)

Method Two: Email outside of Cyrious SMS:

Click “Save” and select the folder where you wish to save the generated export.

4. Either upload the file to your LoyaltyLoop Launch Pad, or attach and send the generated export to your location's Launch File Email Address.
