How do I change my survey schedule?
There are 3 methods of launching surveys from LoyaltyLoop. Most customers choose to use one method, but all 3 are available to you.
Scheduled Survey Launch
When your data is received via one of our Integrations or via our API, you can specify the schedule when your survey will launch. By instructing our Support Team, we will set a specific schedule for your survey to follow. You can specify a launch frequency of Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or Bi-Monthly. You can further fine tune the launch schedule to a specific day of the week or month. For example, you can specify to launch Daily, but only Monday through Thursday, or Bi-Weekly every other Wednesday, etc. Admins on your account can update your launch schedule by submitting a ticket to LoyaltyLoop Support or calling us at 1-888-552-LOOP (5667), option 3.
On Demand Survey Launch
On Demand launching is available when you upload your survey data to your Launch Pad or send it to your LoyaltyLoop account via your Launch File Email Address. With On Demand launching, you control your survey requests are launched. When your data is received, your survey will be sent out on the next available weekday (M-F) excluding observed holidays. When your data is received before 9am ET on a weekday (excluding holidays), it will launch that day, otherwise it will launch the next available launch day. To change your survey schedule, simply upload or email your data when you are ready to engage your customers. If your back office software is automatically sending your survey data to your Launch File Email Address, update your automation schedule in your back office software system to have it sent to LoyaltyLoop on the schedule that matches your expected survey launch pattern.
Request Now Survey Launch
The Request Now feature allows you to send a survey invitation to a single contact immediately. Request Now bypasses all rules that your Scheduled or On Demand survey launches may use.
