LoyaltyLoop surveys are managed by LoyaltyLoop Support for you.
LoyaltyLoop is not survey software like Survey Monkey and other generic survey tools. The LoyaltyLoop service is designed to gather specific customer experience insights, and behave in specific ways. Seemingly simple edits, such as the wording of a question, can change the fundamental meaning of the question, rendering historical data comparisons useless for you.
If you wish to modify, add, remove or change your survey, you can rely on our Support Team to correctly modify your service as needed. For any survey changes, email support@loyaltyloop.com or call 401-560-0311 option 3. Related Articles
