Please use these steps for generating your customer list out of Printer's Plan:
1. In Printer's Plan, open the Reports tab
2. Open Custom Queries and select the "LoyaltyLoop Report".

NOTE: If you do not see the report, see the instructions below for Creating LoyaltyLoop Report, or schedule
a quick support screenshare session and we'll get you set up.3. Enter your desired date-range. (Printer's Plan uses a strict date pattern: MM/DD/YYYY i.e., 01/01/2019)
4. Click Export, saving as an Excel File or CSV if asked.
5. Upload the file to your LoyaltyLoop Launch Pad, or email it to your location's unique Launch File Email Address.

Creating LoyaltyLoop Report
1. In the Query Name field, enter a name you want to use for this report (example: “LoyaltyLoop Report”).
2. Copy the following text and paste it in the Query (SQL) field:
