ePS PrintSmith Vision - Report Export Guide

This is a guide on how to export your monthly LoyaltyLoop report from PrintSmith Vision. This assumes you have already installed the report in PrintSmith Vision. If you haven't installed the LoyaltyLoop report yet, please visit this page. 

1. Go to REPORTS > REPORT MANAGER

2. Find the “LoyaltyLoop PrintSmith Vision Export - 05_07_2025.rpt” report in the list, click on the three dots, and click on “Print and Export”

3. Enter the start and end dates for the export using the MM/DD/YYYY format for both entries and make sure to leave the FILE FORMAT as WINDOWS-TAB (Very important!).  Then click “Export”.

4. A text file will be generated in the location you have specified for downloaded files. (This may be saved in your Downloads folder by default.)

5. Send your file to LoyaltyLoop – There are two ways to send your data to LoyaltyLoop:

1. The easiest way to send your data is to log into LoyaltyLoop and upload your data to the Launch Pad. 
   
2. Alternatively, you can attach your file to a unique email address tailored just for your survey.  Your unique email address can be found by logging into LoyaltyLoop, going to Settings, clicking your location (if more than one), and then clicking on Launch File Email Address.  Copy it and send your file as an attachment to that email address.
