ePS PrintSmith Vision - Report Installation Guide

This guide is for the one-time installation of the LoyaltyLoop report for PrintSmith Vision. If you are looking for a guide on how to export this monthly report, please visit this page. The LoyaltyLoop report requires the Report Manager feature in PrintSmith Vision. If you do not have the Report Manager, please contact ePS. 

1. Download the LoyaltyLoop report file that is attached to this article.

2. In PrintSmith Vision, navigate to: Reports > Report Manager.

3. Remove any existing reports labeled “Survey Advantage” or “LoyaltyLoop” using the three-dot menu (including

EFI_SurveyAdvantage.rpt).

4. On the right, click the "Upload to Reports Repository" button.

5. When the window opens, select the LoyaltyLoop report you downloaded in step 1 and click "Open".

6. PrintSmith Vision will say the file has been uploaded successfully.

7. Click on the "Add" button on the right.

8. Select the LoyaltyLoop report that was uploaded in the listing. Then click on "Add".

And that's it, the report will now appear in the list of Custom reports in PrintSmith Fast Track.
