Can I use LoyaltyLoop to send out an eblast/newsletter to my customers?
LoyaltyLoop is not designed as a marketing email tool where you can send newsletters, announcements, and other general marketing email communications to any contact. LoyaltyLoop is designed to engage your customers to give your feedback, and it allows you to engage those responding customers in follow-up campaigns.
LoyaltyLoop initiates the communication with your customers based on the customer completing a business transaction with you. As such, the emails sent by LoyaltyLoop are transactional in nature, just like an email you or your systems might send to your customers regarding a past-due invoice.
If you need to send mass emails (e.g. newsletters, promo offers, mass notifications such as your hours of operation), we encourage you to explore the many service providers who specialize in mass email marketing.
