How to update my credit card and manage payments in LoyaltyLoop
From time to time our credit cards need updating, or the contact who should receive receipts needs to change, or you need a copy of a charge. Any Admin User can manage these things from inside LoyaltyLoop. Of course, we’re still just a phone call away if you prefer to call us with any billing needs. Here’s how to access your billing details directly.
Steps:
- Sign in to LoyaltyLoop using your Admin User account
- Click your "Username" in the top right of the site, then select "Settings"
- Click "Billing & Payments" found in the Admin section (only Admin Users will see this section)
How do I update my credit card?
There are 2 ways to update your credit card.
- You can either call us at (888) 552-LOOP (5567) and relay the new card details over the phone, or
- You can securely update your card directly inside your LoyaltyLoop account, by following these 3 steps:
- Click your username in the upper right, then click Settings
- Click Billing & Payments under the Admin section
- Click the button "Edit Payment Information" (shown as #1 in image below) - on the resulting screen enter your new card info and click Save Changes. That's it.
How do I change who gets emailed our receipts?
There are 2 ways to update your billing contact.
- You can either call us at (888) 552-LOOP (5567) and relay the email address and name of the new person(s), or
- You can update the billing contact directly inside your LoyaltyLoop account, by following these 3 steps:
- Click your username in the upper right, then click Settings
- Click Billing & Payments under the Admin section
- Click the Edit icon (shown as #2 in image below) - on the resulting screen enter the contact info and click Save Changes.
How do I view/print/email receipts?
There are 2 ways to update your billing contact.
- You can either call us at (888) 552-LOOP (5567) and tell us who should receive the receipt, or
- You can do this easily directly inside your LoyaltyLoop account, by following these 3 steps:
- Click your username in the upper right, then click Settings
- Click Billing & Payments under the Admin section
- Click the Payment ($) icon next to the receipt, (shown as #3 in the image below), then on the resulting screen click the Send or Print Receipt button.
