iRestore - Integration Guide
There are two ways iRestore can send data to your LoyaltyLoop account to initiate your feedback and review loop:
Automatically sending of all closed customer transactions over a date range, or
Manually selecting and sending a single customer transaction at a time.
Automatically
As a new customer and during your Onboarding Call with our Support Team, we’ll configure this for you during your Onboarding Call as a new customer.
If you wish to connect your accounts yourself, please follow these simple steps:
Contact LoyaltyLoop support and request your API key and your specific Survey ID. If you have more than one survey in LoyaltyLoop, remember to specify which survey ID you need. Contact us at support@loyaltyloop.com, or 401-560-0311 option 3
Then from inside iRestore:
Click Settings
Then, click LoyaltyLoop Setup.
Enter your LoyaltyLoop API key, and your LoyaltyLoop Survey ID.

That’s it. Now, when your transactions close, the customer information will flow to LoyaltyLoop and your customers will be automatically engaged to give feedback and reviews.
Manually
If you prefer to send your data manually, please follow these steps:
From inside iRestore, click your Jobs List
Select the customer you’d like LoyaltyLoop to engage for feedback and reviews
Click the LoyaltyLoop icon at the top of the screen, and this customer’s info will be sent to LoyaltyLoop, starting the feedback loop
