How to handle an unclickable survey link
In very rare cases, a link to a survey is not clickable. Some email clients will rewrite the survey link (and all links in the email) as a security measure. When this happens, please inform your customer to copy and paste the link at the bottom of the invite email into their web browser.
To proactively handle this situation, by default we place a section at the bottom of every survey invite that reads "In the event you are unable to click on the link above, please copy and paste the following URL into your browser to access the survey: [URL]".
However, some people overlook this statement at the bottom of the email and will contact you instead. Simply point them to this message, and they will be able to take your survey.
