QuickBooks Pro Desktop - Export Guide

These directions were created using QuickBooks Pro 2015 edition.  Your specific version may be slightly different.

Step 1: Please go to Reports/Sales/Sales by Customer Detail as directed below. 

Step 2: Once the Sales by Customer Detail is visible on your screen please click Customize Reports. 

Step 3: Within the pop-up box select the date you would like.  We recommend sending your data soon after an order, that way LoyaltyLoop can engage your customers for feedback and reviews while their experience is fresh in their mind.  For example, you could choose "Yesterday", "Last Week", or “Last Month” as appropriate for your business.  Then, include the 7 fields referenced under #2 below - feel free to include any data that would to give context to the customer's feedback.  

Step 4: Click Excel/Create New Worksheet as shown below. 

Step 5 (FINAL): Click Export and save to a folder of your choice.  Upload the file to your LaunchPad, or attach it to an email and send to your location's unique Launch File Email Address.
