Do you offer a plan where I pay only if I launch (send) a survey?

We do not offer a per-survey-launch plan.  LoyaltyLoop is purchased as a monthly subscription service, or annual prepaid subscription service (at 10% off the monthly rate).  Your subscription gives you the option to launch surveys as frequently as weekly, or as infrequently as appropriate for your business.  Plus, your LoyaltyLoop account gives you access to your data, results, and testimonial publisher at any time, and you can launch follow-up email campaigns to your customers at any frequency you choose at any time.   If you need to suspend your subscription for an extended period of time, your billing can be moved to Voluntary Suspend.
