Setting and managing email alerts
There are several email alerts generated by LoyaltyLoop to keep you, and your team, informed and in position to respond to the various feedback coming from your customers. To view and set your alerts, follow these steps.
Steps:
- Sign into LoyaltyLoop.com and select "Settings" under your username tab in the top right-hand corner of the site
- Under Location Settings, click on the location you want to update

- Click "Alerts and Notifications" under the Survey section

- You will see a section for Alerts and section for Notifications. You can enable or disable each alert and notification and see who is set to receive them. You can modify the recipients as well as preview the alert/notification from the buttons on the right-hand side
