How to view leads and referrals



The Opportunities page allows you to view customers who have expressed interest in buying more from you (Leads), and suggested someone else with whom you should be doing business (Referrals).  LoyaltyLoop Promoter plan automatically cross-sells your other services to your customers, to encourage them to purchase more from you.  It can also automatically solicits a referral from your happy customers to help find new business for you. 

Steps:
  1. Sign into LoyaltyLoop.com and click the Opportunities from the left main menu
  2. Your default view is for "Leads" but click the "Referrals" tab to see your Referrals
  3. Table for all Leads (or Referrals) (left-hand side)


  4. Details of selected customer (right-hand side)
    1. Survey Response - View each customer's survey response data
    2. Rate the Opportunity - Allows you to assess the lead and make notes accordingly
    3. Log an Activity - Allows you to organize and track your follow-up plan
