How to Fix a Broken Image in Your Email Signature & Emails
If you find images are not loading correctly in your LoyaltyLoop emails as viewed by you, or your customers, this may be happening because you used URLs or images hosted by a service other than LoyaltyLoop. When referencing services outside LoyaltyLoop, there is no guarantee the images are still there, and hence may not render.
As a general rule of thumb when adding images to your LoyaltyLoop emails, always upload your images to LoyaltyLoop via the email editor. To ensure your images are saved to LoyaltyLoop, simply re-upload the image file. This will ensure it is saved to LoyaltyLoop, and typically resolves the issue. Follow these steps to re-upload the images:
1. Select the image: Click directly on the image or image block that is not loading.
2. Initiate Replace: Click the Replace button that appears in the pop-up.
3. Upload the file: Drag and drop your image file into the pop-up window or select it from your computer.
