How to download my testimonials
Here is how you can download your testimonials from your LoyaltyLoop account.
Steps:
- Navigate to the testimonials section of your LoyaltyLoop account
- If you have multiple surveys, click the location picker icon. If you only have a single survey, skip to step 5
- Select the locations you want the data for
- Click apply
- Click the date picker icon
- Select 'All Dates'
- Select all the responses in the table
- Click the 'Download to CSV' icon
