How to download my survey responses

Here is how you can download your responses from your LoyaltyLoop account.

Steps:
  1. Navigate to the feedback section of your LoyaltyLoop account
  2. If you have multiple surveys, click the location picker icon. If you only have a single survey, skip to step 5
  3. Select the locations you want the data for
  4. Click apply
  5. Click the date picker icon
  6. Select 'All Dates'
  7. Select all the responses in the table
  8. Click the 'Download to CSV' icon
