To view your survey, click on your username, then Settings.  Then, click Survey Preview.  Click the choices in your NPS question to show the survey logic and follow-on questions.  Periodically review your survey.  When you notice changes you would like to make, please contact our Support Team.  

If you have multiple surveys in your account, you will need to select your location in your LoyaltyLoop settings first, and then you will see the survey preview option.
