Can customer's forward survey invites?
When LoyaltyLoop sends a survey invitation to one of your contacts (Contact A), the survey response is uniquely coded to that contact. Should the contact forward the survey invitation to someone else (Contact B), and that other person responds to the survey, LoyaltyLoop will record the feedback as coming from the original contact (Contact A).
While a contact can forward your survey invites to others, you can see how there could be confusion on your part when reading responses if the response was in fact from someone else. It's best to identify who the correct survey taker should be, and update your source systems accordingly, thereby allowing LoyaltyLoop to send the invite to the correct contact.
