LoyaltyLoop false poor feedback alert

Why did I receive a false Poor Feedback Alert?

If your customer's response was not a Detractor (or Passive, if your alert is configured to trigger on these responses too), yet you received a Poor Feedback Alert, this false alert is due to the fact that your customer changed their survey reponse. 

By clicking on your survey link again, your customers are able to access their survey choices AFTER they have submitted their answers.  This allows a customer to update their choices, for example, when they make a mistake. 

A false Poor Feedback Alert is triggered when the customer originally selected a neutral to negative choice and submitted their survey.  The alert was sent to you.  Then, the customer edited their survey response, and changed their answer.
