Cyrious SMS - Export Report Install Guide
These steps help you install the LoyaltyLoop report on your Cyrious SMS sever version 8.0 or greater. The following section should only be completed once; doing these steps multiple times will create multiple LoyaltyLoop reports and can result in confusion.
While this initial setup should take roughly fifteen minutes to complete by yourself, we highly encourage you to reach out to us for support via a screen-sharing session.
1. Ensure you have the Cyrious SMS report – the .rpt file. We recommend you save this on your desktop for quick and easy access. Please r contact Support@LoyaltyLoop.com if you do not have this file.
2. Place the report – the .rpt file - in your Cyrious SMS’s report folder. The defaul location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyrious\SMS\Reports\, however this location may be different if you installed SMS to a different path.
3. On the Cyrious SMS toolbar at the top of the program, click “Mgmt”, “Set-Up”, then “Reporting Setup” to begin the processing of making Cyrious aware of this new report.
4. In he left column, click on “Reporting Menu”. Once selected, click the “Add” button above it and select “New Crystal Report”.
5. A new set of fields will display on the right of this menu. Please fill out the “General” tab that appears with: (See Image Below)
- Menu Item Name: LoyaltyLoop
- Print Option: Prompt
- File Location: Click “Browse” and select the report-file you copied into the Reports folder during step 2.
6. Please select and fill out the “Options” tab with:
- Email (See Image Below)
- (1) Initial Dropdown: Preset Values
- (2) To: your location's unique Launch File Email Address
- CC / BCC: Feel free to add yourself / team-members.
- (3) Subject: Your Company Name and Center #, City State
- Ex: LoyaltyLoop #1, East Greenwich RI
- (4) Message: Your Company Name and Center #, City State (Same as Subject)
- Ex: LoyaltyLoop #1, East Greenwich RI
- (5) File Type: Tab Delimited Note: Do not select the PDF file type.
- (6) File Name: Your Company Name and Center #, City State.txt
- Ex: LoyaltyLoop 1 East Greenwich RI.txt
- Save (See Image Below)
- (1) Initial Dropdown: Prompt User
- (2) File Type: Tab Delimited Note: Do not select the PDF file type.
- (3) File Name: Your Company Name and Center #, City State.txt
- (4) Destination Path: Your choice – We recommend your desktop.
- Date (See Image Below)
- (1) Initial Dropdown: Preset Values
- (2) Date Range: Click on the button above “custom date” and select “Last Month”.
7. On the far-right vertical-menu, click “Save” then “Close” to create your report, exit the “Reporting Setup” window, and complete this one-time report setup inside Cyrious SMS.
